Good Afternoon Mr. Leonard,

I am writing you today to let you know how happy I am with the service you have provided to our company as well as our clients. Over the last few years lending as whole has become more and more difficult. Borrowers with less than perfect credit have been left out in the cold making it virtually impossible for them to obtain reasonable financing terms with less than perfect credit. Many good people who have been effected by the economic downturn have had their credit history marred in some manner. For many of these otherwise good people, the reporting history in their credit report is grossly inaccurate and otherwise misrepresented. These inaccuracies include a myriad of items stemming from inaccurate late payments dates, inaccurate times of occurrences, improper transfer to collection companies, false reporting, inaccurate debt information, or at the worst case completely false information reported on their credit report.

The services your company has provided to our borrowers over the last 6 months have not only helped virtually all of them attain home ownership but in our estimation has cumulatively saved them tens of thousands of dollars in fees and interest over the life
of their loan. With the help of your company we also were able to save tens of thousands
with respect to our revenue by being able to assist borrowers who would otherwise have
not been able to obtain financing due to the inaccurate information being portrayed on
their credit report. With yours and your company’s help I have personally seen things like
prior delinquencies, judgments and various other information deleted from these reports.
The most recent case that comes to mind is a borrower who started with only a 572 credit
score and with your help at closing had a 770. The entire process for this borrower took
less than 90 days from start to finish. I would highly recommend your services to anyone
looking to improve their credit scores. As a mortgage lender or broker your services are
invaluable to me, and as much as I would like to consider you my secret weapon I still
have to recommend your services to anyone in my profession. To not have someone like
you in their corner and still be in the lending industry is in my opinion the equivalent of
career suicide. I look forward to another profitable year of business with you help. Thank

Dexter:

I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how pleased I was with your service. I have been trying to rebuild my credit for years with no success. I have argued and tried to negotiate with collectors with no results; I have even used other credit restoration services and have also had no results. When I spoke with you, I have to admit I was very skeptical – but willing to try again so that I could finally buy my first home.
