Good Afternoon Mr. Leonard,
I am writing you today to let you know how happy I am with the service you have provided to our company as well as our clients. Over the last few years lending as whole has become more and more difficult. Borrowers with less than perfect credit have been left out in the cold making it virtually impossible for them to obtain reasonable financing terms with less than perfect credit. prior delinquencies, judgments and various other
information deleted from these reports.
The most recent case that comes to mind is a borrower
who started with only a 572 credit
score and with your help at closing had a 770. The
entire process for this borrower took
less than 90 days from start to finish. I would
highly recommend your services to anyone
looking to improve their credit scores. As a mortgage
lender or broker your services are
invaluable to me, and as much as I would like to
consider you my secret weapon I still
have to recommend your services to anyone in my
profession. To not have someone like
you in their corner and still be in the lending
industry is in my opinion the equivalent of
